This enchanting villa offers you a peaceful holiday in a bay around 10km from Rogoznica, a coastal location in Dalmatia which enjoys a magnificent climate. Less than an hour from Šibenik and Split, this villa can accommodate up to seven guests in three bedrooms. Villa Mornar is a modern holiday home which features a private pool and terrace. There is room for drinks and dining outside, there are sun loungers lined up just beside the 8m x 3m pool, where non-swimmers can enjoy the ambience just as much, and an outdoor shower. The villa includes all you could need for your entertainment, with satellite TV and internet access, while the kitchen has a dishwasher, coffee machine and many other electrical appliances. The accommodation covers two floors, with a total of three bedrooms – one with a double bed, one with a king-size,  and one with zip-link twin beds; there is also a cot available. All bedrooms have private bathrooms, and the villa features an enclosed garden and parking for three cars. The villa is less than a five-minute walk to the beach and a small cafe. Nearby Rogoznica is a quiet place to chill and offers good dining options. Rogoznica is about ten kilometres away and boasts restaurants and shops. Many of the beaches here are pebbly or rocky, like the family-friendly Milne Beach in the centre of the town. You are never too far from some restaurants and cafés in Rogoznica, so it’s easy to spend the day at the beach without going a long distance to eat. Sepurina is another lovely beach that has facilities including showers, changing rooms, and toilets, so it’s particularly good for those with young families. Around half an hour’s drive up the coast, the small town of Primošten is also well worth a visit, with some excellent restaurants, lovely beaches and one of the area’s best-known nightclubs, Aurora.
