Please note: Marbellamar is a tranquil, residential area made up of stylish townhouses in a prime location. Out of respect for our neighbours, Casa Adriana is not suitable for stag or hen groups or guests planning to host loud gatherings. We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours and maintain a peaceful atmosphere, particularly in the communal areas. No car is required during your stay, as shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and local attractions are all within walking distance, and convenient public transport options are readily available. Casa Adriana comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests (supplement applies for more than 8) and is fully equipped with modern bathrooms, crisp cotton linens, indoor and outdoor living spaces, optional maid service, fast unlimited Wi-Fi, and access to over 140 international TV channels including Sky Sports, BT Sports, and Sky Movies. Guests can enjoy the seasonal Marbellamar community swimming pool, as well as tennis and paddle courts, while Marbella offers an abundance of leisure activities including water sports, parasailing, dolphin safaris, horse riding, and world-class golf. The property is managed by Property Manager, a family-run business with excellent reviews across all holiday rental platforms, ensuring guests receive top-notch service and an unforgettable experience. For added convenience, guests can arrange cleaning and linen changes during their stay at an additional cost. We also offer maid services and can organise catering within the property.
