Driftwood House is an immaculately presented and spacious three bedroom townhouse in the heart of Bournemouth town centre. Spread across three floors, boasting a courtyard garden and off road parking, Driftwood House offers an excellent location and convenience without compromising on space. Just a stone’s throw from Bournemouth beach and gardens, the BH2 complex, the BIC and a plethora of independent shops, cafes, bars and restaurants in Bournemouth Triangle, there is something for everyone!
The A338 is close for access into Dorset and Bournemouth Airport.

Arriving at Driftwood House by car, you will come through the gated entrance and park in the car port directly under the property. There are bike racks available for use in the car park, and an outside tap for sandy toes and mucky pups.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- -No loud noise in garden after 11PM
- -Strictly no stag or hen parties
- -Strictly NO smoking inside the property (penalty of £150.00 if signs of smoking have been found)
- -Minimum age to be able to book is 25
- -Infants will be counted as a guest
- -If the Property has been found to be in need of a deep clean after the guests departure the guest in question agrees to pay £100.00 to cover labour and additional cleaning)
- -All guests agree to sign into our property via our external check-in form. Failure to check-in or check-in correctly will mean your stay will be cancelled and you will not be allowed access into the property.
- - Please also note that if you are bringing pets, that the fee is £30 per pet per stay for a maximum of 1. Pets are limited to hard floor areas and not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms. Kindly message us first as bringing of pets is subject to approval.
- - Please note that a list of rules for waste management will be provided upon access via the Guest Manual. If this was not followed, a fee of £40 per full refuse or recycling bin will be charged.
- - Using of candles at the property is strictly prohibited.
- - We please ask all guests to respect our neighbours. Quiet hours operate from 11 pm to 8 am.
- Disclaimer: ALL unauthorized early check-in's or late check-out's will carry a penalty fee of £50 per additional hour overstayed. A late check-out could also incur a relocation and/or cancellation fee chargeable to you, the guest, should Property Manager lead to a loss of income due to interruptions to a future booking.
