This cozy 4 bedroom/1.5 bathroom has high ceilings and boasts lots of natural light. This gem comes with A/C in every room, a fully equipped kitchen, a fire place, a private balcony, wifi & netflix. This modern home is close to Tarabya Hotel and the best fish restaurants in Istanbul! Close to bus and taxi station. The perfect place to call home!

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Please note: Because we are a legal company we require all guests to provide I.D. verification at check-in to complete the check-in process to comply with government rules and regulations. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you!
