At the historical location of Plaka, the oldest neighborhood of Athens, we built with much love and respect a luxury building of 6 suites and apartments, called Meno Residences. This special listing combines the second and third floor which it includes all 4 special designed suites with an ensuite bathroom, for a family or a group of friends up to 12!!! We will be with you for a unique experience in Athens, Greece.
This listing includes all 3 suites of the second floor AND the third’s floor bedroom and jacuzzi!!! Each suite comprises a bedroom with a very comfortable bed, a 50" Smart TV, a luxury bathroom, a minibar and a Nespresso machine. You can have access to the laundry unit that is shared with the tenants of the upper floor. The B3 one has a fully equipped kitchen with stove, dishwasher, a microwave and all electrical appliances, a living room with a double sofa bed. The C1 has one master bedroom with a bathroom and a double sofa bed. The terrace is unique with remarkable views of the Parthenon and a jacuzzi with many facilities!!!
The ideal quality of the materials with marble and wood and their ideal organization in the space will try to relax even the most demanding travelers. Everyday you can have access to the shared terrace to stare the view. We will definitely be with you throughout of your trip!
The building dates since 1932 and it is a fantastic and also typical Neoclassical interwar structure. We made a strong team surrounded by architects, interior designers, archeologists and mechanics and we are glad we final got the exact result we had in mind. The renovation was completed in the summer of 2022 and since July we are ready to host you on our little gem, in the heart of Athens!
My residence is in the historical center of Athens. This means that all attractions are within walking distance. Parking is hard to find in the center of Athens, but there is a private one next to our property with an extra cost. The supermarket is 150 meters away and there is a pharmacy right next to it. Countless restaurants and bars, your choices are truly endless, shops and the local market, everything is right at your feet. The Acropolis in 7 minutes, Monastiraki in 3 minutes, Syntagma in 4 minutes, Metro in 3 minutes.
Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets from top quality brand. Furthermore there are clean towels and bathrobes for every single of you.
The whole apartment is fully air conditioned and full heated while there is 24/7 hot water.

Monastiraki and Syntagma are the nearest metro stations and the bus station is 100 meters away.
As very centrally located, there is a plethora of cafes, bars and restaurants
