Agia Marina, the old town of Leros, is where fishermen still land their catch, travellers carrying cappuccinos mingle with black-clad old ladies on their way to church, and delightful old houses cascade down impossibly steep streets all the way to the pellucid blue waters of the Aegean.
The 2 bedroom 2 ensuite bathroom-house is situated in the sought-after village of Agia Marina.
The stone-built house is 120 square meters in area with 2 bedrooms: 1 master with a large ensuite bathroom (with a slipper bath) and a 2nd bedroom with a smaller bathroom with a shower. Painstakingly-restored (including period stencilling commissioned from a local artisan), all the rooms are furnished with antiques sourced in London and Paris to match the period of the house (said to be one of the oldest on the island).

Beach: local beach, 5 mn, walking backwards! Town: The house is in the village of Agia Marina Port : 2 minutes. Depending on where they are arriving from guest could arrive by boat on the port of Agia Marina, very pretty and picturesque. Supermarket: 3 minutes Restaurants: 3 minutes. We have the equivalent of a 1 star Michelin just 20 mn walking from the house. Visiting sights: the castle is just above Agia Marina town, it is a great walk through the narrow streets of Platanos, where one can admire the restored neoclassical houses. There is a lot to see in Agia Marina.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

Be careful when using cooking appliances, heaters, or other fire hazards. . Treat the property like your own home. . Additional charges may apply for any loss or damages.
