We will provide you the linen for the guest to be able to sleep Check out: 11am / Check in: 3pm - Please be respectful of neighbors and colleagues in the building. - Airport transfer provided at an additional cost. - Smoking is not permitted indoors. If smoking has been detected inside our home, there will be a $100 USD penalty charge - If you lose your keys there will be a surcharge of $25 Home Truths: - There is 1 A/C in the living room - There are no A/Cs in the bedrooms (fans can be provided upon request) - Baby crib and high chair will be provided upon request. PLEASE NOTE: We require a standard deposit of $500 USD for each booking to cover any potential damages. If no damage occurs, we will release the deposit within 3 working days after your check-out, and it should be credited back to your account within 15 days of dispatch. If damages are found, we will deduct the repair costs from the deposit and address the issue as cost-effectively and efficiently as possible. Our customer service team will contact you before your arrival to provide the payment link for the security deposit. Abiding the Turkish Legislation Rules and Regulations. In order to host guests at our homes we ask all guests to provide valid Passport ID’s in order to be authorized and reported by Turkish legislation 1774 dated 26/06/73. By accepting our reservation you agree to provide the necessary information before check in. Guests who do not accept to share their passport information will not receive check-in instructions.
