The Home
Beach Mode provides a wonderful blend of beachy fun, luxurious relaxation and a "home away from home" feeling. Perched atop a coastal bluff, its jaw-dropping ocean vistas, will help you shift gears from the pressures and responsibilities of everyday life to "beach mode".
The neighborhood of Pacific Glen invites guests to enjoy a quiet, peaceful and visually stunning environment. Just a few steps down the crushed seashell path that runs in front of the house is the wooden staircase to the beach. Stroll along the beach and get lost in the early morning mists, or walk a short block to the quaint, family-friendly town center and indulge in fresh, homemade cinnamon rolls and coffee at the bakery.
"Beach Mode" may beckon you back to soak in its bubbly hot tub, or to sit and relax on the covered porch, where you feel you can almost reach out and touch the ocean waves! Being in "Beach Mode" was never so breathtaking!

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Beach Mode has an occupancy maximum of 12 guests and is a pet free home.
- Guests are welcome to check-in at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM.
- There is no smoking in Beach Mode. This includes, but is not limited to, vaping, e-cigarettes, vape pens, marijuana, and other vaping devices.
- No parties or events can be held at the home. All occupancy limits will be strictly enforced.
- The minimum rental age is 25.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Only use hot tubs between 7:30 AM and 10:00 PM.
- Out of safety concerns for guests, employees and our homeowner community, as well as concerns for individual privacy, operation or use of unmanned aerial systems, or drones, by the general public is prohibited.
