Welcome to Northern Lights #3, a tranquil two-story 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath oceanfront townhouse nestled in a private 9-unit development on Grand Cayman’s peaceful North Side. Just steps from the sea, this updated vacation rental offers unobstructed views, vibrant marine life, and the best of shoreline relaxation. Whether you’re here to unwind or explore, you’ll find this hidden gem offers the serenity and charm of true island life.
Stylish Interior
Back on the vacation rental market as of March 2023, Unit #3 has been thoughtfully updated with fresh furnishings, new appliances, and island-inspired design. The cozy beach-themed interior is instantly welcoming. Step through the 12-foot sliding doors to the screened lanai and take in the sea breeze and views of the Caribbean Sea, pool, dock, and cabana. Upstairs, a second screened lanai off the primary suite allows for elevated sunset views and quiet mornings. The living room features a flat-panel TV with cable, Apple TV, DVD player, CD/radio, and a landline for local calls.

Guest Bedroom: Two twin beds (can be converted into a king upon request), shared full bath

Two full bathrooms are located upstairs, and a half bath is located on the main level.
Fully Equipped Kitchen & Starter Pack
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, washer/dryer, spices, condiments, and all cookware needed for home-cooked meals. A gas BBQ grill is available for outdoor dining.
