Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- OWNER POLICIES & HOUSE RULES: * Guests must complete 2 easy steps within 24 hours of booking - Digitally signed rental agreement and Secure Guest Verification * Minimum age to rent is 30 years old, per homeowners insurance policy * Arrival and Departure Times are shown above. * No smoking / no vaping policy - at no time in or on the premises. * Strict no party, social gatherings policy - only guests listed on the rental agreement are permitted on premises * Good Neighbor Policy in effect - quiet times are between 10:00pm and 8:00am * Cancellation Policy - listed above and shown prior to booking. We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance! * Rates change daily - until booking is confirmed * Property owner and/or Property Manager reserves the right to deny any reservation
