We care about your stay and hope to have you as our guest very soon! We also provide a pack and play portable crib and high chair for guests traveling with infants and small children. One non-shedding, potty trained dog is also welcome at this home, with additional pet fee, however there is not a yard. Guests acknowledge that some homes provide central A/C while others provide portable rolling high efficiency A/C units. Please inquire first. This property may or may not have surveillance cameras installed in common areas for security purposes only. Any such cameras (if applicable) are strictly limited to public common areas and are expressly prohibited in any location where a reasonable expectation of privacy exists, in accordance with California Penal Code 647(j). Good Neighbor Policy and city regulations require the use of decibel monitoring devices when located in residential areas. These are not listening or recording devices. How are we different at Property Manager? We are a locally owned and operated family run company for over 15 years here in Santa Barbara. We care about your stay and are available 24/7 in the event of emergency or other urgent matter. All our properties are registered with the city and remit the city taxes, a legal requirement to operate.
