This may sound like an enchanted forest straight out of a fairytale, but it’s real and waiting for you to discover it for yourself. Aptly called Secluded Springs, this unique property is a serene, private hideaway that surrounds you with nature’s beauty. You can catch-and-release fish in the stocked pond (bamboo poles supplied), play horseshoes or bocce ball, relax in a rocker, porch swing, hot tub, the bench beside the pond or the Adirondack chairs surrounding the fire pit as you listen to the soothing sound of the flowing water.
You can take advantage of fun activities like hiking to waterfalls, horseback riding; kayaking and boating on Lake Blue Ridge or Lake Nottely; swimming at Morganton Point Recreation Area; whitewater rafting on the Ocoee River; visiting local wineries, Mercier...

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
