The Home
Making meals is a pleasure in the fully stocked kitchen, with its rustic wood cabinets and sleek black appliances, and you can serve them inside or outdoors. Enjoy the warmth of a fire? There’s a fire pit outside, and two impressive floor-to-ceiling rock fireplaces indoors, a wood-burning one in the family room and a gas fireplace in the upstairs master bedroom.
All three bedrooms feature comfortable wood beds. Two bedrooms have queen size beds and the master bedroom has a king size bed and a private balcony, bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower, corner Jacuzzi tub and large windows to enjoy the woodland views.
The main floor bedroom has private access to the screened-in porch. There’s a tub/shower, double vanity, and washer/dryer in a closet in the adjacent bathroom. A third bedroom in the basement brings the sleeping accommodations to six.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
