Villa Gurbe 801 has recently been added to our portfolio. It is located at ’Phase 8’, the area known for the large plots and luscious nature. Due to the altitude of the location, the view is wide and beautiful sunsets are guaranteed. The villa has 3 large bedrooms, high ceilings and a large livingroom with open kitchen. All bedrooms do have airconditioning. The masterbedroom offers a Smart TV, SONOS box, an extra long King Size bed (180 x 210 cm) and has its own bathroom with rainshower and toilet. The other bedrooms share both bathroom and toilet.In the livingroom you will find the fully euqipped kitchen, with induction stove, built-in oven, microwave, dishwasher and other equipment to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is an ice maker, coffee maker with fresh beans and even an airfryer!The Wifi is very powerful using Amplifi Mesh Wifi. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
