Swell Times Holiday Home - located on a quiet street in West Busselton, close to shops, schools and a short walk to the beach, this 4 bedroom 2 bathroom renovated house is the perfect holiday home for you and your family to enjoy and have a swell time.
Walking in the front door, you enter into the open plan living, dining and designer kitchen that has enough space for everyone to relax. With air-conditioning and a gas fireplace, wooden floors, comfortable furniture and styling - you will feel relaxed in the main living area of this house. For families, the addition of a high chair ensures that even the youngest guests are comfortably accommodated. .
The master bedroom has an ensuite and direct access to the enclosed outdoor decking area, and a large comfortable bed and walk-in wardrobe.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a beautiful outlook over the front gardens, Bedroom 3 has a tri-bunk for adults or children, and bedroom 4 has a single bed, All rooms have clothing storage. The family bathroom has a bath and separate shower for families.
The outside area consists of a patio directly off from the kitchen that can be enclosed from the weather with blinds, or opened up to enjoy the back yard. The backyard has lovely grass and gardens and is fully fenced for safety.
Down the side of the house is the large undercover carport with gates, that provides secure parking for cars and boats, or an area for children to play with scooters or bikes safely
