Scuba Dream Villa 519 has recently been added to our portfolio. This 2-story, very spacious villa has a great view of the turquoise Caribbean sea and a lovely lounge area by the pool (with bubble corner) where you can enjoy a very nice afternoon drink and a bite from the grill.The villa has 2 floors. Upon arrival at the villa, the swimming pool with whirlpool immediately catches the eye. Around the pool you will find a spacious terrace with sunbeds, a shady palapa and a gas BBQ corner with standing tables. Very suitable for sunset drinks with something delicious from the BBQ. Directly behind the pool is an open living room with open kitchen and a table with 4 chairs. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
