The Resort, being a small village, has a large garden at its disposal. In support of the areas for exclusive use that each accommodation has, there is the common part where there is also a large outdoor swimming pool.
The ancient farm with more than 200 years of history has been transformed and expanded into a small village, as you see it today, into what has become a modern resort on the border between the Val d’Orcia and the Val di Chiana, in the area of the Crete Senesi, one of the most famous and representative landscapes of Tuscany with expanses of rolling hills and unspoiled nature, rich in history and traditions.
Decorated with traditional Tuscan colors, guests are always surrounded by the Italian taste and Tuscan tradition that this place has been imbued with for centuries without giving up the most modern appliances.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - Please note that the availability of the following services depends on the season:
- Heating: included in the price. Applicable seasons: from 01-01 to 04-30, from 10-15 to 12-31.
- - Optional services:
- Accommodation Cancellation Insurance: 7% of the booking price.
- Breakfast: 15 EUR per person per day. Max. quantity: 6.
- Pet: included in the price. Max. quantity: 2.
- - Bed linen is changed every 4 days.
- - Towels are changed every 1 days.
- - The swimming pool is available from 05-01 to 10-01.
- - Pets rules:
