<p>This stylish 4-bedroom villa is situated in the tranquil village of Argaka. Orchards of apples, lemons, figs, and olive groves thrive on this fertile landscape. This area is a walker’s paradise.</p>
<p>Entering through a Cypriot stone archway, the villa reflects Argaka’s unhurried pace. A gorgeous tropical garden houses a large swimming pool and deck with lots of sun loungers. An informal poolside dining area completes the outdoor vibe. If you’re feeling slightly sporty, extend yourself to a game of ping pong or table football.</p>
<p>Indoors, the villa is tastefully decked out on two levels with touches of Cypriot-carved furniture in an open-plan setting. A superb highlight of this villa is the views afforded from the upper patio across the Mediterranean. Sunsets never looked so good!</p>

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
