<p>Villa Ruzgar is a modern villa with stylish interior design and amazing views situated in the beautiful town of Kalkan in the resort of Antalya on the Mediterranean coast. Each en-suite bedroom has wonderful views of the mountains and the stunning blue sea. There is a beach club and restaurant just 200 meters away and the resort being just 1.5km away. The villa is furnished to a very high standard offering 3 bedrooms all with their own balconies. Large patio doors lead out onto the pool and terrace which offers a comfortable seating and relaxing area complete with BBQ for alfresco dining. </p>
For 2024, this villa will be a 4 bed, 5 bathroom villa which sleeps 8. The additional room is an externally accessed annex with an ensuite double bedroom.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
