Designed on one level, the main floor accessed via external stairs offers a well-appointed living area with dining options and beautiful views of Calpe, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, a bathroom, and a shower room. Air conditioning is available in the lounge and all bedrooms for your comfort and Wi-Fi is readily available. Exterior steps lead you down to your beautiful swimming pool surrounded by beautiful plants and well-kept shrubs, perfect for long, lazy days of swimming and soaking up the sun. A large supermarket is 800m away from the villa and the busy tourist resort of Calpe with its sandy beach can be discovered in a 10-minute walk.</p>

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
