The three bedrooms are spread across the villa, with two twins and one double that can comfortably sleep up to six adults.</p> <p> Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path that’s 240cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 140cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 140cm wide. The path to the pool area is 240cm wide. The pool area is relatively flat, whilst there’s a small lip up to the pool edge. One of the side paths around the villa is narrow and requires access via 1 step. Using this path is not necessary. This is a ground-floor property where the door to the widest bedroom and bathroom door is 70cm wide.
