<p>Villa Gloria has been carefully selected due to its fantastic central location and for it being within walking distance of restaurants, shops, supermarkets and the beautiful Burriana Beach. Offering a different type of layout, the villa is built over three levels. On the ground floor there is a modern kitchen, comfortable living area, WC, patio and a utility room with washing machine. Stairs lead to the first floor where you will have a double bedroom, a pull out twin bedroom and two single bedrooms, a family bathroom and a shower room. The living area and all bedrooms have much welcomed central air-conditioning and Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa. Stairs lead to the second floor with a second kitchen which serves the terraces and pool area. This is the perfect place to chill out on the loungers with a cool drink whilst dipping in and out of the water all day to refresh from the sunshine. Car parking for one car is...

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
