Inside, the cosy living room features a smart TV, ideal for those who want some shade midday sun whilst still being entertained. The fully equipped quaint kitchen offers all the latest appliances, making your cooking experience as easy as possible. Downstairs we also find a twin bedroom, a separate shower room and a utility area. Upstairs, we find the remaining two bedrooms, one twin room and a master double with a balcony terrace. Both bedrooms share a separate family bathroom.</p>

<p> To access the villa there is a path which is 110cm wide. The front door has a width of 160cm, this is also the door to the terrace and poolside. The terrace is made up of tiles and artificial grass. The height difference between the two surfaces is 3cm. The pool itself has ladder access. The ground floor twin bedroom and shower room doors are 70cm wide. There are 16 steps to the first floor.
