Nestled in the stunning countryside of the Brecon Beacons, just a stone’s throw from the market towns of Llandeilo and Llandovery, Ynyswen Cottages is a cosy retreat for the whole family. The cottages offer a modern finish with rustic features, stained glass panels (made by Lesley, the owner), a cosy log burners and expansive gardens. If you enjoy hiking, stargazing, cycling or bird watching, this is a perfect base, with lots for all ages to explore.
Lovingly built by the owners themselves over 3 years, the high level of detail and care taken over these properties layout is obvious. Sleeping up to 12 guests. Ynyswen Cottages is made up of two cottages, side by side, Ynyswen Arosfa and Ynyswen Barcud. With fantastic facilities, mirrored in each property.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Please be aware that one cottage is pet friendly and the other is not. If you would like to bring a dog, please ensure you request this in advance of booking. Strict pet rules apply.
