Located in the upper part of Positano, along Via Corvo and just a few steps from the famous Chiesa Nuova, La Casa di Lia enjoys a very convenient position and exceptional accessibility by the standards of the area, being directly at street level.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with no lift, accessible by climbing just twenty steps.
Its strategic location allows you to conveniently use the local bus "Interno Positano", thanks to which you can reach the central Piazza dei Mulini in less than fifteen minutes, while the splendid beaches of the town are accessible with a pleasant twenty-minute walk on foot.
The interior spaces open onto a small and welcoming entrance that leads to the various rooms of the house.
On the right side, the master bedroom develops, a spacious and extraordinarily bright environment, finely furnished with a relaxing colour palette centred on shades of grey and sage green.
The room features a sumptuous king-size bed, which can be divided into two single beds if needed.
This room also boasts a complete en-suite bathroom equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The living area consists of a comfortable lounge and a separate, high-end kitchen. The sitting room is furnished with an elegant sage green velvet sofa that, when needed, transforms into a comfortable double bed equipped with a memory foam mattress.
Serving the lounge is a practical guest bathroom.
The kitchen, with a professional line and entirely made of stainless steel, is perfect for gastronomy enthusiasts and is complete with everything necessary to prepare meals in absolute independence.

• Late Check-in: for arrivals from 20:00 onwards, a supplement of €30 is charged. From 23:00 onwards, the supplement will be €50.

• Accommodation tax: to be paid on arrival, €2.50 per person per night.
• Parking: Available on request at a cost of €40/50 per day.
