Oak & Vine is an expansive vineyard estate designed to host large groups visiting the Central Coast. Within the estate’s 46 acres, it showcases breathtaking views, luxury amenities, and unique private culinary experiences. There are two homes on the property; the elegant Vineyard house and charming Garden House. The property is also home to two barns, an amphitheater, Chef’s garden, and our recently planted 15 acre vineyard where we will produce multiple varieties of Rhone style grapes. Surrounded by Oak trees, the two vacation homes each feature a Chef’s style kitchen with Fisher & Paykel appliances, and a full service bar. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
  • Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House rules

  • - No parties or events without prior approval from Management.
  • - Strict Occupancy Limits - If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250.
  • - No smoking permitted on the property.
  • - No pets unless specified - Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee. For pet-friendly homes, the cost is $25 per day per pet.
  • - Minimum age to book is 25 - You must sign a rental agreement for this booking to be valid
