Enjoy relaxing in the master bedroom with plenty of natural light and ocean views. The large master bathroom completes this luxurious master suite. The second bedroom down the hall host two twin beds and plenty of closet space with a full bathroom just next door. This beautiful and bright condo will be sure to delight as you enjoy everything the Islander has to offer and more! The Islander Resort offers guests an island experience like no other resort! Offering ocean views, an oceanfront saltwater swimming pool, poolside cabana with wet bar, tennis court, grilling area, and a secure building lobby with elevator service to each floor, The Islander is the Wrightsville Beach resort experience you’ve been searching for! Enjoy the gated beach path providing direct and easy access to our beautiful white sand beach and the crystal-clear blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean. Listen to the waves crash, enjoy ocean breezes, and relax on island time while creating lasting memories with family and friends on your next Islander Resort vacation. **Elevator reliable but not guaranteed.** The resort pool is available by Memorial Weekend and closes by October 1st. (The pool may open as early as May 15th and close as early as Labor Day.) Parking instructions: 2 parking passes provided. 1 assigned spot and 1 overflow spot. No additional parking passes can be provided due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Any additional vehicles must park in paid public parking. Community washer and dryers are located on floors 2-10 and are available on a first come first serve basis. **Renovations for the deck railings are underway until Memorial Day. Construction noise will be taking place Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. We apologize for any inconvenience and noise this may cause during your stay and appreciate your understanding.** You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Property Manager requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you’ve booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Property Manager reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs. Booking a vacation rental can be stressful!
