Located in the quiet, upscale neighborhood on the northern part of the island close to two separate beach accesses. The main level includes a large living area and dining space with seating for 10. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for the chef in the group and offers a large kitchen island that sits 4 more. Bedrooms on this level include a master suite with a king bed, a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, and deck access. The second bedroom has a pullout couch, private bathroom video games systems (PlayStation 4 and Xbox One), and deck access. There is also a powder bathroom and laundry room with a new washer and dryer. Take advantage of the large covered deck with porch swing and rockers to feel the cool ocean breezes each morning and evening. The top level includes a King master suite with a private bathroom and deck access with views, a Queen bedroom with deck access, a shared bathroom, and views The fifth and final bedroom includes two twin beds. On the ground level, you will find a large garage with a ping pong and Foosball table which is the perfect place to gather and entertain your group after a long day at the beach. A large mudroom with a second washer and dryer leads to the outdoor shower, an outdoor bar with bar stools, and extra parking under the carport in the back of the house. Parking instructions: Availability for 6 or more cars depending on size. Any additional vehicles that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking. INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods, and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Cooler, beach cart, and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Property Manager requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you’ve booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Property Manager reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs. Booking a vacation rental can be stressful!
