Step outside onto one of two covered, oceanfront decks to shoot the ocean breezes or watch the sunrise over the Atlantic ocean. With a private beach access and a rare private dune deck, getting to and enjoying the beach is as easy as it gets! After a long day at the beach enjoy the short walk down your private beach access that leads directly to the second level covered deck with beach and ocean views. On the ground level you will find a recreation room with a pool table, bar style seating, and flat screen TV to keep everyone entertained throughout your stay. The rec room also offers direct access to a covered patio which includes a gas grill and an outdoor shower. The second level offers a large den with ocean views, wet bar, pull out sleeper sofa, TV, and access to the second level deck. There are three bedrooms on this level, one King bedroom with ocean views and deck access, one bedroom with a full size bed and twin trundle, and one Bedroom with one Full bed, 2 Twins and one trundle. All three bedrooms on this level have their own full private bathrooms. The third level consists of an open floor plan with views, large Living Area, Dining area, and an updated Kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. From the living area step out onto to the top level deck with incredible views and a hammock to soak it all in from. The fourth bedroom is located on this level and offers a Queen sized bed and private full bathroom. There is also a 2 car garage available for guest use. Any additional vehicles that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking. **Elevator reliable but not guaranteed.** Close to shopping, dining, and all that the beach has to offer- this is the place you’ve been looking for! INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. All reservations are required to have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you’ve booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs. Booking a vacation rental can be stressful!
