The Perfect Santa Fe retreat just a short 4 block stroll to the Plaza. This contemporary stucco townhome on Sunset and Artist Road is perfectly located to all the shops, trendy restaurants, museums and amazing galleries. In keeping with the Santa Fe Style all new furniture, rugs, art and fabrics from around the globe have updated this 2380 square foot 3 bedroom 3.5 bath property as of August 2021.
The main floor has high ceilings, hand plastered walls, concrete floors, a double-sided gas fireplace and tall windows that bring the outside in. The kitchen on the main floor displays granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances with a fully appointed kitchen. The main floor dining table seats 8 and the adjoining alcove has a sleeper sofa to accommodate additional guests. There are two doors leading out to the wrap around flagstone patio that has three beautiful aspen trees, patio furniture and a grill for outdoor entertaining. Two onsite parking spaces and street parking as well.
The second level offers two bedrooms. The primary king bedroom has a wonderful spacious deck to enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage as you gaze up on the panoramic sunrise Sangre and sunset Jemez views. The in-suite spacious bathroom offers both a steam shower and jacuzzi soaking tub with a large sink for two. The second queen bedroom with in-suite walk-in shower bath also has a smaller connecting deck for your outdoor enjoyment.
Back to the main level and off the kitchen is a private door leading you to the a fully functioning Wi-Fi enabled office space with printer and scanner. As you walk down the steps from this office area to the third bedroom with a king bed and in-suite walk-in shower bath, a small kitchenette with a mini fridge, wet bar and coffee pot accommodates your immediate needs. This third bedroom can be used as a private studio as there is an additional door on street level that allows you private access. An ideal home for any family or group who want the Santa Fe experience! Approximately 2380 square feet.
