Beautiful apartment in Playa del Águila located in the well-known ’Sun Club’ of Playa del Águila that is in front of the beach of the same name. This apartment complex has excellent maintenance, is very clean and quiet, and is only 50 meters from the seashore. Access to the Sun Club is limited to owners and clients; therefore, it is a very safe place to stay. Direct access to the promenade allows you to visit the passage directly. You will find a large outdoor swimming pool and a terrace overlooking the sea. The apartment has all the necessary elements to guarantee a comfortable stay. The air conditioning is in the living room and the bedroom. Guests can watch TV on several international channels, and free wifi is provided. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
