The villa has mainly three bedrooms, of which a master bedroom with bathroom, a second bathroom and two other bedrooms, a large living room with lounge and dining area, kitchen and utility room with laundry. The swimming pool is private for the exclusive use of Villa Papeda guests.The rooms are arranged on the basis of the customer’s requests, you can have single or double beds, the possibility of adding single beds or cots for children at no extra charge. In the bedrooms, the beds will be arranged according to the needs of the guests, compatibly with the spaces available. Villa Papeda     is a holiday home resting on the first hill of Gioi, immersed in a large lemon grove that releases perfume throughout the year but brazenly open to the sea and with a view of the sea to the extreme south of the island: Portopalo di Capo Passero. The high altitude position, the lemons but also olive trees and English lawns mitigate the temperature in the hottest hours of the summer and its private swimming pool (3x12) for the exclusive use of the guests of the villa.
