Keystone Lake – Situated near the Keystone Lake, Clearwater Lofts is a short walk away via the Keystone bike/walking path. The best part is all the fun surrounding Keystone Lake. From paddle boats and kayaks in the summer to ice skating in the winter, you will always have something to do. Onsite Amenities – The Clearwater Loft buildings offer ski lockers and a shared Hot Tub. Private Washer/Dryer - Each Clearwater Lofts condo is furnished with its own Washer/Dryer combo. Heated Underground Parking - Keep your car safe and warm in the Clearwater Lofts underground parking garage. Conference Center – The Keystone Conference Center is located just across the US 6 highway.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • The minimum age limit for Guests is 25.
