Located in Topsail Village you are close to 30A’s newest public beach access, Topsail State Park, and only minutes from the restaurants and shops at Gulf Place! While staying here you have access to the Topsail Village Community Pool, as well as easy access to the bike paths that run along the length of 30A. The condo also has a brand new 6-seater *Golf Cart available for your use!! (Requires extra fee outside of promotion time period, and signed waiver prior to use.)
Getaway on 30A (Unit #822) is located on the 2nd floor of the condominium building and boasts not 1, but 2 balconies to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or evening nightcap! Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
