Located in the beautiful Seagrove Beach, and nestled back in the Summers Edge Community, this spacious home is perfect for large families or large groups. You have access to not one but TWO community pools, one of which is seasonally heated! Grace Villa is also conveniently located right next to the community beach access, making the stroll to the beach just a few steps! As you enter the home you will notice the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. You’ll be sure to enjoy the 55” Flat Screen T.V. on the cozy sectional sofa in the living room. Whether you are cooking, dining, or relaxing on the couch, everyone is sure to feel together with this floor plan! There is a large master suite with a private bathroom located on this level as well. Perfect for the family member who may prefer not to take the stairs! As you make your way to the second floor you will notice another sitting area for watching tv or playing games!
