One of those two rooms has an access from the outside and from the inside, crossing the other room and the bathroom: in this case it turns into a passage room. Both rooms have direct access to the patio.
First floor: living room (with a not working and not usable fireplace) with TV and access to a panoramic terrace with table and chairs for 12 people and a gas grill, double bedroom (air conditioned), bathroom with shower, double bedroom (air conditioned).
