• A mandatory local tourist tax & fees per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details.
• A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure.

An idyllic setting for this Provencal stone farmhouse, beautifully renovated throughout and located within walking distance of the picturesque hilltop village of Gordes with its many restaurants, cafes and lively Friday market. From the house and gardens, there are breathtaking 180 degree views of Gordes and the rolling Luberon hills. In the grounds are several traditional ’bories’ - 17th century stone shelters unique to this region of Provence.
The property has 7 bedrooms which can be double or twin and 7 bathrooms, to accommodate up to 15 people. All rooms are air-conditioned and benefit from hotel-style facilities such as coffee and tea maker, wifi, hairdryer and toiletries. Those on the ground floor each have a private terrace overlooking a garden with the authentic charm of Provence (terraces, bories, lavender, olive trees, fig trees ...). Those upstairs enjoy a spectacular view of the Luberon and the medieval castle of Gordes.
The property is very spacious throughout with a luminous high-ceiling living room with comfy seating and direct access out to the terrace and lawns as well as a proper old-fashioned bar for your evening apero. There’s a separate dining room with a big modern family table, large fully-equipped kitchen and adjacent laundry room as well as an indoor billiards room for relaxing in the evening with family and friends.
Hidden from the country road, the house is set within a 10,000 m2 private park consisting of wide lawned terraces, olive trees, lavender and aromatic trees and shrubs. Sunrise to sunset, you’ll enjoy a magnificent vista towards the Provence horizon. Steps from the house lead down to the pool terrace and to a fabulous 15x7 metre heated pool. The pool is fully south facing and has wide step access - perfect for early morning laps or simply to lounge and soak in the view. It has an electric security cover.
The property is completely enclosed by traditional high stone walls. Access is via electric gates with video entry phone and there is plenty of private parking on site.
