Apartment located on the second floor with a lift, it welcomes you in the living room equipped with a comfortable pull-out sofa bed for two people and a fully equipped open kitchen. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed and an elegant adjacent bathroom with a walk-in shower. Cecco apartment is located in an elegant area close to the beautiful Piazza San Marco and the ancient Botanical Gardens, a ten minute walk from the central Piazza del Duomo. The air conditioning is managed by the condominium and it is possible to use it from 1st June to 30th September, The heating is managged by the condominium and is active from 1st November to 15th April with a minimun temperature of 19 degrees. The hours in which the heating is active are from 8 to 10 and from 14 to 22. The apartment is located in ZTL (LimitedTraffic Zone). For those who need it, we provide free parking (for one car only) in one of our garages. Before your arrival you will need to complete the online check-in process. After booking, you will receive a message containing a link to complete the procedure and finally start your new Florentine adventure!
