What was once a water tower is now a 2 bedroom, Cape Town loft
apartment with glorious 360- degree views of Table Mountain, the city,
harbour, and sea. This combined with the light-filled and spacious
interior decorated in mid-century Africa meets industrial chic, creates
a truly unique experience for any seasoned traveller!
The Space:
In true loft style, the apartment is bright and airy with an open-plan
living, dining and kitchen area. Panoramic views are framed by vast
double glazed windows on all sides. The apartment has a patio facing
Table Mountain and Lion’s Head. The perfect spot for sundowners. Work
from home is made possible by a dedicated office space on the ground
floor. A separate laundry makes washing easy. The building has 24-hour
security and the unit has onsite, secure, undercover parking available.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
