This lovely apartment overlooking the Grand Canal, is located on the third floor of a building in the opposite side of Santa Lucia train station (just one bridge away!). Thanks to its strategic location, it’s a great starting point for exploring the city as it is close to many vaporetto stops that will take you to St Mark’s Square, Rialto Bridge, Lido, or directly to the airport. It is also great for short stays, as it is located 350m from Piazzale Roma (crossing two small bridges). The area of the Santa Croce district is also one of the most characteristic and residential of the city, where you can find excellent restaurants and bars. This finely furnished accommodation consists of a bright living room with sofa bed and dining table, fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and one bathroom with shower. For your comfort the apartment is equipped with wi-fi internet access, air conditioning, independent heating, TV, hairdryer, iron and washing machine. The published price is inclusive of commissions which are charged to the guest Check-in is from 3pm to 7pm. It is possible to arrange a late check-in but is subject to agreement and with an extra. The tourist tax needs to be paid at the check-in and amounts to € 5 per person per night.
