Tamariz Sea View is an apartment at the main touristic district of Caniço near Reis Magos beach and is ideal for two people. The apartment is 66 m2 and comprises one bedroom, a living room with dining table, kitchen, bathroom, a balcony with ocean view and a private parking. It is equipped with refrigerator, washer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (500 Mbps), TV with international and children’s channels, and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay. LOCATION The property is in a residential building in the main touristic area of Caniço. Within about 100 m there are restaurants, cafes, bakeries, shops, supermarket and other services. It is 300 meters from Lido Galomar swimming facility and 800 meters from the beach Praia dos Reis Magos and Madeira Diving Centre. For golf lovers, Palheiro Golf is 8 km away and Santo da Serra Golf Club is 14 km away. The property has easy pedestrian access to surrounding area and is easy to drive from and to the major roads. A bus stop is 100 meters from the building entrance. REMARKS The apartment is located in a high-density residential area with shops and services where there is potential traffic noise, especially during the day and if the windows are open. We ask that all guests keep food well-packed, so as to limit attracting insects given the island climate. Cleaning is done before guests check in and there is a weekly maintenance cleaning, which includes the change of bed linen and towels. CONDITIONS 1. Parties or behaviour that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10 pm and 8 am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited. 2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival. 3. Guests must agree the check-in time at least two days before arrival and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be scheduled according to our availability. 4. Guests may be required to present identification upon arrival and provide missing identification details to comply with legal requirements. 5. Guests must inform about allergies, conditions or special needs before or immediately after booking in order to verify compliance and appropriate measures to be taken.
