Século XXI-U is a modern apartment recently built, airy, bright and is ideal for two people.
The apartment is 65 m2 and comprises a bedroom, living room with dining table and kitchenette, large bathroom with bathtub, a spacious balcony overlooking the sea and private parking.
The apartment is equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, washer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, TV with international channels, and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.
LOCATION
The apartment is in a residential area near the main touristic area of Funchal. At about 300 m there are several restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and attraction centres. It is 500 meters from the Lido Swimming Complex and the Lido Promenade, and 1000 meters from Forum Madeira Shopping Centre.
The apartment has easy pedestrian access to Lido area, bus stops near the building and is easy to drive from and to the major roads.
REMARKS
Parking is suitable for smaller cars (length up to 4 meters). Longer vehicles may be difficult to maneuver when parking.
Due to the island’s climate, insects can occur unexpectedly. To avoid attracting insects, it is important to clean up food waste and keep food well packaged.
People who are sensitive to mosquito bites are advised to use insect repellent when traveling around the island.
Cleaning is done before guests arrive and then a weekly maintenance cleaning is carried out, which includes changing bed linen and towels.
CONDITIONS
1. Parties or behaviour that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10 pm and 8 am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.
2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.
3. Guests must agree the check-in time at least two days before arrival and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be scheduled according to our availability.
4. Guests may be required to present identification upon arrival and provide missing identification details to comply with legal requirements.
5. Guests must inform about allergies, conditions or special needs before or immediately after booking in order to verify compliance and appropriate measures to be taken.
