This 4 bedroom house is located in Stockwell, less than 10 minutes walk from the Underground station
Positioned at the rear of the house on the ground floor, is a large open-plan eat in kitchen with bi-folding doors accessing a stunning garden. This light and airy space has a large island, cream coloured cabinets and wooden surfaces with all the amenities you will need (including a dishwasher, American-style fridge, range cooker and wine cooler). The well-placed dining table can seat as many as ten guests for dinner, whilst the lovely garden offers an additional two al fresco dining options.
The spacious Drawing Room at the front of the house is a comfortable sitting room. It retains some of the special features of this 1875 Victorian property including two fireplaces and original plasterwork. There are French doors leading directly into the rear garden.
The family bathroom (as well as an additional WC) is located on the first floor of the house, fitted with a WC, bathtub and overhead shower. The first bedroom has pretty lilac walls and comes furnished with a double bed.
Across the hall is the serene main bedroom which also has a double bed and a feature fireplace. The third bedroom doubles as a study and it has an unusual pull-out double bed which can be easily closed away to create extra space. The final bedroom has a bunk bed (two single beds) as well as an adjoining walk-in shower enclosure.
