A sophisticated, 5 bedroom family home in West London, ideal for up to 10 guests. Spread over 3 floors, it offers great interiors and a charming garden. Just 20 minutes from Paddington station. Convenient airport connections to London Heathrow, via direct trains from Ealing Broadway.
At the front of the property, is a driveway with a parking space for one vehicle.
Inside the home, the entrance hall has a welcoming feel. The living area is on the right-hand side.
LIVING ROOM
The living room offers a bay window and views to the street. The room includes elegant furnishings, with two sofas, a fireplace, ambient lighting and framed pictures surrounding the space. There is also a television on the right of the fireplace.
WC
On the ground floor, is the guest bathroom, with a WC, basin and the utilities. The washing machine and tumble dryer can be found inside the large cupboard, complete with sliding doors.
KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM
A beautifully designed space, with plenty of natural light and ample space- the kitchen is the real centre of this home. There is a relaxation area, complete with sofa and armchairs in dark grey, as well as a television and coffee table. For the musically gifted, there is also a piano here.
The kitchen itself is contemporary in style and includes all the amenities you will need during your stay. The long kitchen island runs the length of the space and offers breakfast bar stools for informal dining.
The dining area is on the far side of the room and benefits from skylights above the dining table. The table is surrounded by 6 patterned chairs and artwork hangs on the wall beside. Double doors lead out to the garden.
GARDEN
A beautiful garden, complete with york stone patio area and a manicured lawn beyond. The space is surrounded by many plants and flowers. There is a coal BBQ and outdoor table and chairs, for enjoying dinners alfresco on a warm evening.
FIRST BEDROOM
Upstairs on the first floor, for the bedrooms. The first bedroom includes a double bed, a television, as well as a desk and chair. For storage, there is also a wardrobe. This bedroom enjoys views to the garden from the window.
SECOND BEDROOM
The second bedroom is lovely and light, with a double bed, bedside table and a hanging rail.
BATHROOM
A spacious bathroom, with a large walk-in shower, WC and basin, all with sleek tiling throughout.
THIRD BEDROOM
The third bedroom enjoys plenty of natural light from the bay window. In the centre of the space, is the elegant king-sized bed. A Matisse print hangs on the wall opposite the bed, between two wardrobes.
FOURTH BEDROOM
This bedroom offers a single trundle bed, pulling out to sleep two people. The room also comprises a travel cot, a bedside table and a chest-of-drawers.
MASTER BEDROOM SUITE
On the top floor of the home, is the spacious master bedroom, complete with a comfortable super-king size bed. The room also comprises a wardrobe, armchair, a chest of drawers and nice artwork. There is a portable air conditioning unit in this bedroom for use if required.
MASTER EN SUITE
The master en suite has stylish slate grey tiling throughout and includes a bath, large walk-in shower, WC and basin.
