SunDestin 101 is a 1st floor, two bedroom/two bath condo of a Gulf front complex in the heart of beautiful Destin! This master bedroom has a king-size bed an attached private bath. The second guest room has a full and a twin with an attached bathroom. The sofa converts to a queen-sized bed and there are three flat screen TVs. With a spacious kitchen and tile throughout, SunDestin 101 is sure to please. *This property is NOT AVAILABLE for rent to those under the age of 25. No Exceptions.* *We LOVE Snowbirds! Low Monthly Winter Rates* Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. *There is parking for 1 vehicle at the SunDestin complex. Additional parking is available across the street. SunDestin is a vacation rental complex conveniently located in the heart of Destin. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!
