This beautiful apartment has one bedroom, has a double bed, a trundle bed and a sofa bed. With fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and balcony with exterior view.
Only SALT, SUGAR AND COFFEE are available. Please read all the rules of the house before booking. Guests must advise the time of arrival to coordinate the delivery of the keys. Only guests mentioned in the reservation are allowed in the building.
Early check in and late check out have an additional charge subject to availability, in case of requiring these services please consult the possibility and the value of the rate with your host. Normal check in time is at 3:00pm and check out time is at 11:00am.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
