Welcome to Horse Valley Lodge! This newly renovated and updated two-story home located near the Yonahlossee Riding Stables between Boone & Blowing Rock is a wonderful home away from home. It offers mountain views, a brand new hot tub, a firepit, pool table, and a huge deck to relax on. The fully equipped kitchen provides cooking essentials, granite counters, and stainless-steel appliances including a dishwasher and double door fridge & freezer with ice maker, plus the eat-in dining area at the table provides plenty of seating for your friends or family. Relax on the leather sectional sofa in the great room to watch your favorite show on the streaming TV, or grab a mug of tea and read a book by the fireplace. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
