Welcome to BaseCamp, a beautiful home in the Springs of Eagles Nest near the creek. The charming kitchen is well stocked to prepare a meal for yourself and friends. The open floor plan allows you to prepare a meal while still enjoying your friends in the living area. The gas log fireplace and smart TV are ready for entertaining. The comfortable sofa also doubles as a TemperPedic queen sleeper sofa allowing up to six guests in the home. Two ensuites are on either side of the home for privacy. Each has a king bed, a smart TV, and a luxurious, full bath. One features a walk in tiled shower, the other a tiled tub/shower combo. Off the kitchen is a half bath and separate laundry center. On the back deck, you’ll enjoy a serene, wooded yard with a fire pit; it’s the perfect spot for a morning cup of tea or coffee from the Keurig! Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
