This unique mountain home offers stunning mountain views, a hot tub, and arcade games and is tucked away from all the hustle and bustle of noisy lives. Plus, it’s less than a mile from beautiful Pisgah National Forest with beautiful hiking and views! The main level of the home has beautiful hardwood floors, a well-equipped full kitchen, dining table, and a seating area arranged around a gas log fireplace and a Smart TV. Time for bed? Pick one of the four bedrooms. On the main level is a King suite with TV and spacious walk-in closet. The attached private bath has a tiled shower with handheld wand and double granite vanities. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
