Sleeping Accommodations Main Level: King Room Upper Level: Master King, Room with Queen and Queen Murphy Bed Lower Level: Queen Room Enchanted Forest Retreat is a spacious three level home in Sugar Grove, not far from the Watauga River. It has been well furnished for the comfort of the guests. The great room has a beautiful gas log fireplace, a large TV, and comfortable leather seating. Off of the great room is the dining area with seating for eight plus four more at the bar. The kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of room for family to come together to create meals and memories. There is also an outside bar and seating just off of the dining room, great for entertaining. Rocking chairs and a gas grill complete the main level deck. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
